At Gentle Sleep Learning, we offer many types of sleep coaching services to meet your specific and individual needs. We absolutely do not believe in the one-size-fit's-all approach and understand that in order to be truly effective, the little details can make the biggest difference. Below are some of the services we offer to help your little on (and yourself!) achieve a full nights rest and the perfect bedtime routine.

Free 15-Minute Discovery Call


During this call we cover a high level of what sleep challenges your little one is currently facing or how to prevent them before they start to occur (for young infants). This 15-Minute call is absolutely free and meant to better understand your situation and give you a chance to get to know us better / have any questions answered.

 

DIY Coaching Plan + Private 90 Minute Consultation


We’ll discuss your baby/toddlers sleep needs and how to recognize sleepiness. As well, we'll address how to establish a good schedule of feedings and sleeping for the baby. We will also give you ideas and tips to help your newborn begin to establish healthy sleeping habits. From here our team will create a plan that you can use to implement yourself (DIY) based on your individual needs.

Basic Sleep Package


First we start with a short questionnaire to help get acquainted with your baby or toddler and their sleeping patterns (or future sleep if the baby is under 4 months and you want to start building positive habits early). After the questionnaire, we will send you a step-by-step sleep plan specifically for your baby. Progress is seen typically around day 3 and full results to be expected anywhere from 10-14 days

The Gentle Sleep Learning Parent Guidebook

Inside, you’ll find the exact guidance exhausted parents wish they had sooner: 

  • What to do during night wakings so you aren’t stuck in an endless cycle of rocking, feeding, or bouncing

  • How to build a bedtime routine that makes your baby feel secure, calm, and ready to sleep
